Felicitas Arnold, born 1990 in the Ruhr area, completed her Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies at Leuphana University in Lüneburg and her Master's degree in Staging the Arts and Media at the University of Hildesheim. As part of her research for her final thesis, she collaborated with the artist duo Herbordt/Mohren within the framework of Die Institution. In 2017 she was assistant dramaturge at the Ruhrtriennale. In 2018 she worked with Paul Plamper on the radio play production Der Absprung for WDR and DLF Kultur. From 2018/19 to 2020/21 she was a member of the dramaturgy department at Schauspielhaus Bochum.
