Allan Zipson, born in the UK, is an actor and teacher. After his education at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art he first worked in England as an actor for various companies and then in the Netherlands. He was artistic director of Theatergroep Wederzijds and Het MUZtheater, as well as a teacher at the Theaterschool of the Amsterdam University of the Arts. Schwester von in the 2018/19 season will be the first production of his that is shown at Schauspielhaus Bochum.
