Wolfram Koch, born 1962 in Paris, studied acting at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt am Main. He performed at the Freie Volksbühne Berlin and at the Schillertheater in Berlin as well as at the Schauspiel Frankfurt, followed by a permanent engagement at the Schauspielhaus Bochum from 1995 to 2000. Since then he has worked freelance at the Schauspiel Frankfurt, the Vienna Burgtheater, the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz and the Deutsches Theater in Berlin. He often played under the direction of Dimiter Gotscheff. He is also active as an audio book speaker and in numerous roles in film and television. He can be seen at the Schauspielhaus Bochum in the 2018/19 season in Murmel Murmel by Herbert Fritsch.
