Rocío Hernández Marchant, born in Santiago (Chile) in 1985, completed her bachelor's degree in theater design at the Universidad de Chile. She works as a set designer, lighting designer and costume designer in theater and for live performances. Since the beginning of her studies, she has collaborated with different local companies and directors and has worked on a big number of theater productions that have premiered in Chile and have been seen in prestigious festivals and as international guest performances. She has collaborated with director and writer Manuela Infante in several projects such as Estado vegetal, ZOO and Ulises. Most recently, she curated Minor Monsters, a project that represented Chile at the PQ Quadrennial 2019 in Prague and received two awards.
