Linde Dercon, born in 1998 in Bilthoven, Netherlands, studied theatre at the Amsterdam University of the Arts (ATKA). In her final year, she moved to Jena to perform at Theaterhaus Jena. She graduated in September 2023.
In addition to acting, Linde also has a passion for writing and developing theatre plays. She worked with Wunderbaum and Walter Bart, among others, on the production Die Hundekot-Attacke, which was invited to the Berlin Theatertreffen in 2024 and won the 3sat Prize.
The play was awarded the prize for the best young playwright by Theater heute and Linde was voted Young Actress of the Year.
While she was in the Jena ensemble, she wrote her own solo performance, BESCHEIDENHEIT - Wie mein Freund im Fernseher verschwand inspired by her boyfriend who took part in a reality show. This piece was performed in June 2024 at the Theaterhaus Jena and will soon also be shown in Bochum.
She has been part of the permanent ensemble at Schauspielhaus Bochum since the 2024/2025 season.
