Marvin L. T. Müller, born 1990 in Hanover, studied archaeology, German and English language and literature at the University of Hamburg and University College London, as well as dramaturgy at the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre. From 2016 to 2019, he was a research assistant at the Theatre Research Department of the University of Hamburg. Marvin works both in writing and musically. He is a founding member of the band kollektiv22, which was named Newcomer of the Year by Radio Energy in 2012, and the band the selkie and the sea. In Hamburg, he founded the theatre collective Sexy Theater Menschen, which dealt with right-wing populism, postcolonial structures and the climate catastrophe with its Megazorn trilogy. In 2019, his first poetry collection odyseefragmente II/III was published, which was nominated for the longlist of the most beautiful books of the year. In the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 seasons, Marvin L. T. Müller worked as a dramaturgy assistant at the Schauspielhaus Bochum. He has been a permanent dramaturge here since the 2023/2024 season.
