Text
The Canadian video artist Jon Rafman searches even the darkest corners of the internet as a location of the collective unconscious. Amidst virtual perversions and digital loneliness Rafman discovers a hidden human beauty. The Oval Office presents his video installation Dream Journal 2016-2019, which was presented at the Venice Biennale in 2019 – a fascinating odyssey and at the same time a never-ending digital nightmare journeying through parallel worlds online between Hieronymus Bosch and Second Life.
Age restriction:
from 16 years
Tigger warning:
The video installation uncludes scenes of physical violence and sexual content.
